I am not a patient of Dr. Bernard's practice, I was however treated by him at the recent CT Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic held 4/16 & 4/17/2011 at Wilby High School in Waterbury where over 2,000 people received free dental care. Unfortunately I was one of those badly in need, without having seen a dentist in about 3 years. But fortunately I was given the privilege of having treatment in Dr. Bernard's chair at this event. Before the recent downturn in the economy I had access to very good dental treatment throughout my life. I would like to state that Dr. Bernard's treatment of me at this Free Clinic Event was equal to the best quality care that I have received throughout my life and I would like to say here that his patients do indeed have a dentist of the highest caliber available to them. Thank You Dr. Bernard for going above and beyond donating your services, & restoring my teeth, I was blessed to have you treat me.
