Real Estate Plus, Inc. DBA Management Services is a full-service property management and real estate company. We have specialized in property management since 1985 and we strive to provide professionalism and family values. Our team has been members of the National and Local Association of Realtors and Residential Property Managers for more than 30 years and we are active members of our community. Janie Figueroa, our founder and the President of Real Estate Plus, Inc, is a real estate broker with over 35 years of experience in the local real estate and rental markets. She understands the local community and the goals of property owners and residents in the area. As a full-service company, we work with property owners and tenants to provide a quality rental experience. We primarily provide residential rental and community management services, including Affordable Housing; however, we also manage mini storages, office and commercial rentals as well as mobile home parks in New Bern, North Carolina and in the adjacent towns and counties.
