Easy to find.
1st few appointments were good, but when I started having serious side effects from medicine I had very bad experience with him and his staff, mainly the nurse practictioner. According to the bottle of my medicine, if you have side effects you need to be seen immediatley. It took me over a week to get an appointment. I would leave messages for the doctor and the nurse practictioner and I would never get a return call from him or his staff. When I did get a hold of the nurse practictioner I told her what my problem was and she said I would need to make an appointment. I brought up the option of decreasing my medicine and her response was "that sounds like a good idea." I then asked her how much I should decrease and she said it was up to me. I should not be the one that comes up with a plan and a dosage. That is the doctor and nurse practictioner job. They should tell me!!
