HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I brought my wedding dress here 7/13/16 with a due date of 7/21/2016 (he picked that date). I wanted three things done; the cup lining taken out, a 'dickie' put in the front and it hemmed. He told me that he didn't think taking the cup lining out would be sufficient, so he wanted to 'reconstruct' the top of the dress. I figured he was the expert and I had extra material, so I would let him do what he thought needed to be done. (We also decided to wait until about 4 weeks from the wedding to do the hem, because I was losing weight & he said that was his recommendation.)He called me about 2 weeks later (already past the due date) and said he had some trouble with the 'reconstructing' so he wanted to show me the two options he had come up with. I went in, told him which one I liked, that the right side looked perfect to me and that was what I wanted to go with. I pointed out the very specific reason I didn't like the left side. He told me he had tried several things & spent several hours on the dress, trying different things. But not to worry, he wasn't charging me for that time, (because it was his choice to try different things) he just wanted me to know that he had put a lot of time into the dress. I told him I was grateful, that I thought the right side was beautiful and I was very happy with it. He told me he would call me when the left side & everything else was done. About 3 weeks later, now around 8/17/2016 (past the 4 week mark for the hem to be done,) I called to find out when I would be able to come in, he told me that Saturday was fine. I went in, tried on the dress, the 'dickie & hem still weren't done. (I will be the first to admit I am not a seamstress, but nothing looked like it had been done to the left side, it looked exactly the same.) I pointed out that the very specific thing I didn't like about the left side still hadn't been fixed. He tried to explain what he had done to it, I still couldn't see any difference. He said he saw what I was talking about, and that he would fix it and call me when he was done. I told him he could do the hem and the 'dickie' as well. I went back the following weekend (8/27/2016), the hem & 'dickie' still weren't done. He said it would take him maybe an hour to do those, and he wanted to make sure the cup lining was correct. It still didn't look like anything different had been done. He said he would fix it & do the hem & 'dickie' and call me. I went in 9/2/2016 the Friday (1 week) before my wedding to pick up the dress. The hem & 'dickie' were done. The left cup lining still looked exactly the same and it looked like he had done something to the right side, and it was a little weird. I told him I would take the dress because I wanted my Mom to look at it to see if she could see the same things I was seeing. He asked if I like it, I said it was 'fine,' that something still didn't seem right and I would let him know if I needed to bring it back. I brought it home, had about 5 different people look at it, including men, and without saying anything about what I was seeing, they all pointed out the same things. At that point, I had no confidence that he could actually fix it period, let alone in 3 days (the wedding was 9/9/2016 and they were closed Sat, Sun & Mon for labor day.) I decided to go with a different dress, which luckily I had, but still needed stuff done to that. I called to explain that I had to go with a different dress given the time restraint and the fact that in 8 weeks he hadn't done what I asked, I asked him to ask him to do one of three things; actually fix it, put it back to how it was when I first brought it in, or give me the money I paid back. After a very brief attempt at an adult conversation he ended up screaming at me; telling me that I was unrealistic in what I wanted (which hadn't changed from when I brought the dress in the first place, as well as he was able to do it to one side perfectly,) that he was the best seamstress in t

Did a beautiful job on my Mother of the Groom Dress, I bought the last dress of it's kind, but it was two sizes too big. When Seams-B-Fitting was finished with my dress, it fit like a glove! My alterations were also done in a timely fashion.
