Very happy with this firm, Robert Simonian and he has great courtesy and was able to answer all my questions expertly. Mr. Simonian was highly recommended with full confidence, I'm glad I went to his office chose this firm to assist me. If you're having trouble with finances and been worrying trying to decide if you should apply for bankruptcy, call this firm first. I wish I had done this a few years ago. I know how difficult it is to decide what to do when you are deep in debt and struggling to pay all the bills. I felt like a great weight was lifted off me after I met Mr. Simonian. Very, Very Pleased with his professionalism, and friendly environment.
I really am so grateful for the professional manner in which I was treated. They were more than kind, professional and knew exactly what they were doing and really helped me in a caring way when I really needed help. I had a very good experience from the very first meeting. The paralegals, Grace and Jen, were very helpful and friendly and there for me when I needed them. My lawyer had hands on "let's roll up your sleeves and let's get to work" approach. He explained everything and returned my telephone calls right away. What impressed me a lot was that I got a follow up phone call when my case was over to see if I was all set. I could tell he really cared about me and my case even though it was over. Filing bankruptcy is not the most pleasant thing I had to do but they really made it as good of an experience as possible. Thank you!
Experienced and intelligent attorneys. My bankruptcy case was complicated and I was very afraid of filing but things had gotten to the point where I had to do something. They spent all the time I needed to answer my questions and go over the details of my problems step by step and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Mr. Simonian and Bucachi were so helpful and prepared and I am a new man today thanks to them. I would really recommend them just for their reputation alone.

Experience does matter. After consulting with a lawyer who did not seem to have a whole lot of experience I was given the law firm of Bucaci & Simonian from the lawyer who did my mother's will. He told me not to take any chances and go to the best and that they had been doing it for years. I'm not sure what I thought before I called, maybe I was intimidated but they were so friendly and normal people and the total cost was lower than the other lawyer. I was treated right and they knew just what to do in my case. I am thankful every day for the help I got.
