Highly Recommend/Great Customer Service - Telephone Number has changed.

I have to disagree with the last review. My husband and I purchased our stove from American Energy Savers in October 2010 and we received excellent customer service from Rene. We also live a considerable distance from NB and they accommodated not only the distance but our schedule for the installation. Rene even offered a yearly cleaning of our chimney with a discounted price. It is very unfortunate that Guest58500 may have put a stuggling small business out of business.

Unbelievably rude! I called about purchasing a pellet stove. When I told him I was located 40 minutes away he went off on me, saying "Why are you calling me!" saying that he wouldn't sell a stove to me because he wouldn't travel that distance to service it or install it (I have my own more local service tech & installer, I didn't need him to service or install it!). He went on to YELL at me for wasting his time and wasting his cell phone minutes! Don't do business with this man, find someone with decent customer service skills!
