Founded in 1972, Beach Mold & Tool is a privately held manufacturer engaged in injection molding technologies and contract manufacturing assemblies. The company specializes in injection molding, precision tool making and processing completed assemblies for a global customer base. Beach Mold & Tool is capable of a variety of contract manufacturing operations, including mechanical and electro mechanical assemblies, custom fixture design for assemblies, lean manufacturing concepts, visual management, a variety of testing services, U-shaped production cells, one piece flow, ultrasonic and hot plate welding, adhesive bonding and inserting, heat staking and global component sourcing. Beach Mold & Tool maintains its headquarters in New Albany, Ind. and has operations in Reynosa, and Quereto, Mexico, and Emporia, Va.
