I am not normally the type to write a review, but TODAY I feel I MUST! I picked Netpointe because of the POSITIVE reviews. Hours of operation are 11-6, so I left a message at 8:30am. I didn't honestly expect someone to call me back, but they called at 11:06am. I was so surprised! Very friendly and helpful with promises to get my computer fixed by next day. I had 2 computers to repair. Evan spent time with me to make sure he understood ALL my needs. I have had computer repairs in the past, so I was NOT really expecting a call the next day, even though Evan assured me he would. BEHOLD, 4:30 next day BOTH computers were ready. Again, I have had repairs in past & was expecting to spend the rest of the evening re-setting all my programs. WHAT A SHOCK! Everything was fixed and working wonderfully, even my World of Warcraft which I was DREADING! Evan also took out all the junk I had NO idea what to do with and threw in some nice extras and a FREE antivirus. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Provided by YP.comI've never written a 'thank you" letter to a consumer company, but felt compelled to do so. Several months ago a virus completely took control of my computer...I mean COMPLETELY! I called several local computer repair services, and they wanted several hundred dollars to cure my problem - even the place I purchased the machine from.
I was skeptical, but desperate. Netpointe talked to me politely and respected my time and offered a less-expensive service than any others that I called and I was was back in business in no time! I would strongly recommend Netpointe to all computer users. Thank you very much
What's unique about this company is that they truly care about your satisfaction and you're not treated like you're just another number. I've had several of my computers from home and work looked at and they all came back running better than I ever remember. Took just overnight and was about half of the cost I was paying another place. I've even called and got free assistance over the phone when I'm stuck. Priceless! I've always gotten great service and won't look anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comI loved having my grand-kids in for the long Christmas weekend but they really must have put my computer through the ringer. It took what seemed like forever for me to get Windows to load and even longer to just read my email.
A neighbor had recommended these guys and had nothing but good things to say so I gave them a call and described my problem to someone that actually LISTENED and wasn't reading from a script - which is difficult to find these days.
I dropped by computer off yesterday - they even carried it in from the car for me - and just returned home with the computer today and I don't remember the last time it's ran this fast. It boots up faster than ever and I can browse the internet now too.
I'm very happy and will recommend you guys to others. Thank you.

My husband and I are careful while online but still end-up having nasty things happen to both of our computers about once-a-year and we've been very happy with the way we've been taken care of at Netpointe. They have always had our computers properly serviced and finished very quickly. Just wanted to say "Thank you".

Provided by YP.comI had worked with Dell ever since purchasing my new laptop three-months ago hoping to correct a problem with the machine not working as I thought it should. Dell eventually told me that the laptop must have a hardware problem and I would need to send it in for repair.
I'm not the brightest tool in the shed but I didn't think there was a physical problem with the machine but rather a software problem that shouldn't require sending the entire machine in for service.
A co-worker recommended that I call Netpointe and explain the problem to them. First I was impressed that I was able to talk with someone truly knowledgeable that answered the phone and didn't require me to go through pressing a series of buttons on my telephone. Secondly, after actually listening to my description of the problem - they offered suggestion on how I could try and solve this myself. But I was so frustrated that I just wanted to take it to them and let them solve it.
I dropped my machine off on my lunch hour and by the end of the same work-day - they had called and told me that it was ready and I could pick the laptop up at my convenience. Since they only had the machine for one afternoon - needless to say, I wasn't terribly confident that the problem was corrected.
However, I picked the machine up and paid a relatively small amount and took my machine home hoping for the best.
Not only was I surprised that the original problem had been corrected - they also made the machine run faster than I had ever experienced before. And they did all this in the course of one afternoon!
I thanked my co-worker for the wonderful recommendation and have recommended others to Netpointe whenever someone is having problems with their computer.
I am very happy with the way I was treated, the speed, quality and price of their service.

These guys have everything covered - QUICK service, FRIENDLY techs, and QUALITY work. It's important to me to support local businesses but after patronizing other local, small computer repair shops - I wasn't hopeful that a good option existed. I was wrong.I am very happy with the work performed by these guys and will be back!
Had virus and spyware problems with a Dell computer. After spending about four hours on the phone with Dell trying to get the problem solved, Netpointe.com sent someone to my house and the problem was solved in under an hour. I'm very happy and will recommend them to over.
