A recently bought a product from Blue rooster and I was pleasantly surprised,the quality was A1,I had purchased Chiminea from another company and the parts did not fit together well at all,had to go through the time consuming task of doing a return. Blue Rooster Chiminea's are just as they advertise "well Made" and fast shipping.
Great quality...these guys know what it takes to have a rock solid fire on your deck right next to your grill! Solid, safe...all by some good old boys in Northern MN! Thanks from your Seattle fans... for the chill out nights on the deck with the only life size metal cigar lighter and wood burning atmospherics! Blue Roosters got you covered, thanks for the light! Do not under any circumstance purchase an item from this company unless you are absolutely sure you want to keep it. They will charge you a restocking fee of 10% and have a no excuses policy even when its their own employees mistake. I ordered a Chiminea and Firepit Gas Conversion Kit over the phone and specifically asked the sales rep. are these full size log like you would use in a fireplace and they said yes..they also directed me to their web site under Pinion Wood..which is not ceramic logs but are real wood logs..this should have been a clue to run...When the order came in the logs were about 1"x6" not full size logs. I called and spoke to the owner and basically was told that I should have emailed them to get the specific sizes and pretty much he turned the whole conversation around and made it seem like I did not do enough to get the proper dimensions. He said if I continue with this conversation he would send me a bill for his time...thats what I call Super Duper Customer Serv
