Today was my first time and in since Reeds was there. Had horrible customer service from a girl who got mad for me waiting for our fries we ordered because she forgot. I was thinking the prices were super high but didn't think anything of it because ive always gotten my money worth, i got a cheeseburger meal and got a 4th of the amount of fries as you would get with the other owners and its disappointing because the prices are so high for half the food. Pretty disappointing when you grew up down there and never had any issues till now.

I got rotten/bad strawberry ice cream from this place. They got rid of the one free re-fill of your drink. I'd advise to look elsewhere for good food in the area.

One would think that when a hometown favorite is taken over, the new owners would try to improve the menu if they are going to jack up the prices. Sad to say that was not the case. Paying $1.50 more than the old prices for half of the food and an extreme lowering of quality of that food was quite the let down.
