The worker at the customer service area was very rude as well as the manager. I wouldn't be writing this if it didn't take up my time and gas money and their lies. I was shopping for groceries and lost my food stamp card. So I went to the customer service and asked if someone had turned in a lost card. I said the name on it and she said she will need some ID and proof of address. So I had to drive back home and to the store forty-five mins. When I got there the lady refused to give the card. She said they will have to call the social services office and verify then also see if we can handle taking the card. ( THERE IS NO POLICY IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION THAT THEY HAVE TO SEE IF WE ARE CAPABLE OF TAKING IT OR NOT. I THOUGHT IT WAS JOKE,) I told the lady that her job is just customer service not a social worker to determine if I am capable of taking the card, it took a full two hours. I told the ladies that all I need is just the # on the back of the card to call it in as lost /stolen

I have now had all I want of the Neosho store. Tonights bank card reader failure was the last one I'll suffer humiliation from. Then when the "person in charge tonight" made the preposterous statement that "Well I never heard of that happening before!" I knew it was never going to get better. So I'll now shop at other stores in town or possibly the Joplin WM.
