The Ho-Chunk Nation Division of Health focuses on the promotion of holistic health care services to the tribal communities of the area. It provides a range of ambulatory and public health care services. The division operates ambulatory clinics and more than four health offices. The Ho-Chunk Nation Division of Health has an interdisciplinary team of nurses, health care professionals, dieticians, nutritionists, counselors, and mental health and substance abuse treatment specialists. Its ambulatory clinics offer treatment and care services for people with chronic and acute illnesses, as well as perform health maintenance examination and diagnostic procedures. The division is received grants from the Ho-Chunk Nation, Indian Health Services, and other federal and state agencies. It is located in Black River Falls, Wis.
