Hello, I'm Kaylee LeRoy, DNP, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Ascension Medical Group. I provide acute, chronic and preventive care for the entire family. I have a special interest in wellness, health promotion, diabetes, hypertension management, anxiety disorders, depression and women's health. I strive to provide comprehensive and compassionate care by listening intently to my patients' needs and using evidence-based practices. My goal is to build strong relationships with my patients and their families in order to work together to achieve patient centered health and wellness goals. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening and boating.
