Hello, I'm Jeff Bastasic, a physician specializing in family medicine for Affinity Medical Group. Communicating with my patients to develop good relationships is important to providing excellent care. I enjoy working with entire families and providing care to people of all ages. I have a special interest in pediatrics, women's health, dermatology and chronic disease management. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, playing tennis, piano, French horn, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
