I hired Howard Goldman to represent me in a legal matter on December 29, 2010. My experience with him was very positive. When I first met him he showed me that he cared about me and my legal problem. He is personable and knowledgeable. He explained how he would handle my case and how he would bill me. The price for Howard's services is reasonable. If a less costly associate could do a specific task he explained what she would do. The bill shows specific tasks and the time he spent. He does not waste his time. He remained in touch with me by telephone, e-mail and US mail. He kept me informed about the progress of my case. When I telephoned him he returned my call soon after I called. He answered my questions. If he needed additional information he contacted the appropriate person to move my case along. Letters that he wrote on my behalf were articulate and covered the issues clearly. My confidence and trust were rewarded with a positive resolution to my legal problem.

The work that Goldman and Pease completed for our association far exceeded our expectations. Before we found this firm, we were desperate and hopeless in an effort to collect years of overdue condo fees. As a result of the persistence and expertise that Howard and his team displayed, our condo association has now been able to demand the respect deserved, which has drastically changed the overall atmosphere in the building for the better.
