The only reason I signed up for this gym is because out of the gyms in Nederland, it WAS the best option. I signed up almost a year ago, and the facility was well-maintained. Now, it seems the cleaning crew is NON-EXISTENT. I never see the cleaning crew they used to have. The machines don't seem to ever get cleaned unless a member cleans them, especially the stair masters that are permanently stained with sweat all over them. GROSS! No matter what cardio machine you try, bet on at least once a week that it is sure to not work, malfunction or only have limited options as to what it can do. The tiling in the ladies restroom is always covered in mildew, especially by the hand dryers. The ladies area has floor to ceiling mirrors that are ALWAYS covered in smeared handprints or if its "cleaned" it's still covered with smears. Someone was NOT thinking when deciding to rearrange the benches & machines in the ladies area. The only room you have to stretch or workout anything that involves sitting or laying is next to the benches & weights or in the middle of the walkway. This new setup would have cost me my face if I wasn't paying attention to the ignorant girl next to me lifting weights. They only keep at the max, 3 mats, in the ladies area, so if you want to use one during peak hours..forget it. In the summer it gets so unbearably hot in there, especially by the cardio machines. They have those two big ceiling fans (NOT by the cardio machines); however, they are absolutely WORTHLESS!!! I understand not wanting to lower the A/C, but at least install fans that ACTUALLY WORK. Needless to say, I am not a fan anymore, and will be canceling when my contract ends if they don't shape up. Honestly Exygon.... you really need to invest your money BACK into your business. .any successful business owner can tell you that.

As a member of Exygon Gym I would be upset if my sister who is a veteran and has a service dog would be denied entry to the gym...More respect please! Even the airport allows her to have her service dog with her.

A couple of years ago I tried to join exogon with my service dog and they refused me, trying to say he's a therapy dog. They need ADA training. BAD. They were rude and refused to look at any info I brought them on service animals. It's been irking me the whole time. The new ADA that has just come out includes psych dogs because many of were having this problem. I hope they are educated to it.
