West Hopkins School is a learning center that offers a range of academic options to students in kindergarten through grade eight. It has an enrollment of more than 520 students. The school provides classes in reading and math. West Hopkins School offers special education programs for students with learning disabilities. The school operates the Beta club, as well as provides nursing, food and guidance counseling services. It offers a variety of athletic activities, such as basketball and cheerleading. West Hopkins School maintains a family resource and youth service center. The school operates a media center, computer laboratory and parent-teacher association. It is a part of the Hopkins County School District.
