I have been going to this salon faithfully for years to tan.The personalities lack warmth but it is close and convienant for me . I always felt it was a bit more money than a chain but I like to support local businesses.As usual I go in sign ip for my 30 days unlimited for 50.00. About 2 weeks in I notice the small sign in the corner of the window that says buy 1 month get another at 50% off . How did i miss that ? There was no sign inside the store an I was not offered the special when purchasing.Upon leaving I nicely said how I had just seen this on my in and said it's a shame because i would have opted for it . The owner says , aww .. you're 2 weeks in ? Sorry . I was shocked . I understand a little time had passed ,but to me that is poor customer service. I was hoping that the next day she would've have offered it after she realized that it was a poor decision on her part .But to my surprise the sign was down and not another word spoken. Next year I will take my business elsewhere . So instead of losing that 25 dollars , you now have lost 50.00 a year and a loyal customer .

I was a walk in as well. I walked to the counter and the girls in the salon just looked at me, No greeting, No anything. so I waited for a bit and finally was asked "can I help you". What is it with this place and the utter rudeness. I said no thank you and walked out and I will never go there again. You just lost another customer!

one star because I was a walk in and the young lady took me. Otherwise she acted like she was doing me a favor. She nicked me causing a little bleeding and didn't apologize. She did not shape the nails as they were, which I asked for. She put me under the dryer and just walked away. No thank you, no instructions...nothing. I am sorry I left a tip of 40%...which I had put down first...thinking I would get a great mani. Tomorrow I will go back to my salon to get it done right!!! So very disappointed. I like to support local businesses but will never go there again.
