I went to several other doctors including two surgeons with unresolved eye issues. I came to Dr. Riback because of my insurance change. He has been able to help me with a variety of eye problems. His receptionist is very nice to deal with, I have found her very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Riback was recommended to me and I would travel the 2+ hours again for his expert attention and resolution of my problem. Luckily, I've only had limited contact with the staff. I see better now than I did after spending thousands (yes that's not a typo) investing in Lasix. In the future, if you have a complaint with the staff - let Dr. Riback know. I think he will deal with the problem as a professional and address it appropriately. Additionally, I spent less than 1/2 of what my ophthalmologist charged for his services. Saving me time, money and resolving my problem - that's 5 stars in my book.

On June 8th I had stopped in Naz opt to see if they good find me a Marchon temple. I've searched so many other places without luck. The little dark haired woman had found, ordered and completed my request in less than 60 seconds. The prices was right and it was a pleasure dealing with someone that is good at what they do. I am so happy about it I may stop back and buy her a sunday next door...Also I found her to be a nice person. Big Bob D.....

Beware of rude receptionist!!!!! The doctor was OK. I will never return or recommend this business to anyone. They must not get any referrals. I was told my daughters glasses would be in within 7 business days. Almost 2 weeks later we had to contact the office looking for her glasses. Their response was that they dont know when they will be in and they will call us when they arrive. Then the same day we received a phone call from their office claiming that the lab had them on back order and it could take another week. About 2 hours later the same woman called us back and said her glasses were in. So they lied, just to pacify us about the back order because they never did any follow up with the lab. If you enjoy being treated like garbage and don't mind being lied to this is the place to do business. I had a better experience at Wal-mart.

Beware of receptionist! I cannot comment on the doctor, because I decided not to schedule an appointment after my interaction with her. Very rude!!
