Practicing yoga since 2003, I offer workshops in wonderful locations to fill you physically, spiritually and emotionally. My Yoga of Devotion was a Gift from God for me to share with the world. It encourages an inner pathway to the self, teaching you how to taking responsibility for shaping your state of mind each day. It is something you must try to fully understand. Many have read the description and name, not getting past the word Devotion. I DO NOT have students to bow down to Shiva 7 times - Breathe until they are blue in the face - and Chant steadily for 2 hrs (SMILE). Its a simple format of doing the Asana Postures that we all are comfortable with, and experiencing the Devotion of those postures - Devotion to yourself, the Divine, and the Divine within you. It's simply a practice that you must TRY.
