I had an excellent experience with Yellow Dot technician Aaron Hass yesterday. Not only was he prompt, he was very polite and professional. He was clearly experienced and confidently serviced my two units, one a heat pump, one a gas furnace. He went above and beyond by taking the time to show me how to download and use the app for my smart thermostat as well as letting me know that the UV light needed replaced on the basement furnace and the other didn’t have one-something I didn’t realize. Thank you!
David did a great job of flushing and de-scaling our tankless water heater. He was kind enough to explain the procedure as well.
