Do not bring your car here. For 3 days I was told someone would call me and no one had, so for 3 days I called them and I was told "I have to call you back." The most I could get out of anyone was that "the problem MIGHT be your computer."

When I had finally had enough, I called CND in Sound Beach to get my car (they're amazing, go to them!). The shop manager Romeo told me I had to pay $165 for diagnostic and storage. Meanwhile, no one had diagnosed anything! I had to call THEM for THREE days and all I got was "it MIGHT be your computer, I have to call you back." And my car was sitting there for 3 days because THEY weren't doing what they should have been in a timely manner.

Both the shop manager and the owner were VERY rude when I tried to explain how unfair the charges were. The owner called me names and hung up on me.

And it wasn't even my computer, it was the ignition! They would have charged me hundreds to fix a problem that didn't exist!

Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible service. Never showed up. Never called.

When I called, hours later, they said that nobody was home

-- because they went to the wrong street!

This happened TWICE.



They cannot read a map, and don't know this area, because they as so far away from here.



Unfortunately, AAA assigned them to the wrong area (Middle Island),

even tho they are 15 miles away (at neighborhood Road, in Shirley!)



Fortunately, AAA also has a towing company only 6 miles away, in Rocky Point,

but you have to tell AAA not to use Woods Towing and ask for a closer AAA service (such as C D Towing in Rocky Point).

they will say you need something done that you do not need done.And also charge you too much for labor and just say the 10% in the price.... don't go here ever.
