WLC Construction is a family-owned masonry and concrete company headquartered in Port Chester, New York. Founded in 1980 by former professional mason Washington Costa in Poços de Caldas, Brazil, the business has grown dramatically from its simple origins as a small, two-person shop to one of the most well-known and respected masonry and concrete businesses in the Tri-state area today, employing over 100 with a 2014 estimated sales volume of $14M. In 2000, WLC found its way to the United States when Mr. Costa decided to take on a new challenge: leveraging his 20 years of hands-on experience, Knowledge and expertise in masonry for the American market. During this time, Mr. Costas two sons - Matt and Raphael Costa - joined the company to provide additional support and commitment to building a successful enterprise.
