These qualifications ensure that we have the technology and the training to provide you with first class monitoring services. A central station; even one with a UL listing; is only as good as the people who run it. Our monitoring center has earned the CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) Five Diamond Certification. The CSAA Five Diamond Certification is granted ONLY to central stations that: • Continually upgrade performance levels • Commit to on-going, job related education, testing, and certification of 100% of their central station operators per the Central Station Alarm Association published standards • Commit to delivering the highest levels of customer service • Commit to raising industry standards • Commit to random inspections and quality criteria standards
