Reiki is a form of assisted meditation through gentle touch on pressure points throughout the body. It can stimulate the body's immune system, promote natural self healing, and relieve pain and tension. It can also bring about feelings of peace, relaxation, and mental clarity. â?? Wilmington Reiki's founder, Nate Farrar, received his Reiki Certification at The Reiki School and Clinic in Philadelphia, and began his practice in 2022 in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.
