We hired Walls Transportation from Thumbtack to pick my husband and I up on the night of our wedding from our venue, drive us to the hotel to change, and then drop us off downtown to meet with our wedding party to continue celebrating. My wedding planner and I both communicated separately with Walls regarding the pickup time of 1045pm to which they confirmed and charged us a reasonable $80 fee via PayPal. The morning of my wedding the driver called me directly at 1045am (instead of the planner which he was instructed to do), and said he was on site. Walls had mistakenly shown up in the morning versus the evening and claimed that we had never specified, even though we have email and text documentation to the contrary. They then proceeded to cease communicating with our wedding planner around 3pm the day of our wedding, and did not show at the appropriate time to pick us up from the venue. Following the wedding, Walls agreed to refund the $80 fee to PayPayl for their mistake, and after multiple texts and a PayPal request, they still have not done so. This is so incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend Walls Transportation to anyone looking for reliable transportation on such an important day in their lives. Choose someone else even if you have to spend a little more money!
