Dr. Rod Rallo purchased Louisville Optical in 1987 and began his optometric practice. Dr. Rallo moved Louisville Optical in 1991 to the 4000 Poplar Level location. Since 1987, through strategic partnerships, VisionFirst has aligned itself with the finest eye Doctors in the region. VisionFirst now has 11 convenient locations throughout Kentuckiana to serve thousands of patients who trust their eye care needs to VisionFirst. In 2003, Louisville Optical became VisionFirst to better reflect the values and commitment of the company to its' clientele.
