Please allow me to describe my typical home inspection process for you. Initial contact - we will discuss your needs and mutually decide what services you need such as a home inspection with a radon test or water purity test. I will quote you a competitive price for my services. You will be given a definition of a home inspection. Specific information about the property will be gathered from you or the realtor or MLS information. We will arrange an inspection date which is convenient for you. I will arrive at the home on time in a professional manner. After the introductions I will give you your report presentation binder. We will review the inspection agreement and both sign. You will keep a copy in your report presentation binder. We will review your specific concerns if any. We start the inspection by examining the property in a logical and orderly method together. The average inspection takes 2.5 to 3 hours and during the examination I am generating the report. After we have completed the inspection of the property I will print the computers generated report and insert it into your report presentation binder We will then review the entire report.
