The WORST TOWING COMPANY ever!!! They didn't show up on time. I called them every 20 minutes and they kept telling me they don't know where exactly the towing truck is but it should come no later than in 5 minutes. When I called the supervisor to find out something more, he told me he "doesn't have any idea cause he just entered the door" - whatever it meant. How can you keep entering the door for two hours?? It seems that was their standard excuse. He finally told me "call me tomorrow, maybe I'll know something more" (!!!!). So the truck finally came with 3 hours delay, with no explanation. Worst customer service ever! Nobody could explain to me why they were so late and what happened. So if you need a reliable towing service, I wouldn't recommend this company to you. But be careful, they sometimes cooperate with other call centers like 1-800-IMSTUCK so be sure and always ask if it's not United Towing from Superior coming to you, cause you're gonna wait forever!
