absolutely horrible company. Bought a cpap machine and the company turned the billing over to United Medical immediately. I set up auto payment for a monthly payment. They then auto drafted twice a month instead of once a month and continue to call me and ask for payment once a week. I call them and they say I never have set up auto payment. Really!? They do not seem to understand how to run a business. How to look up data, how to do auto drafting, how to keep records, and just generally only excel at being inadequate. Talk to your doctor first before you get a cpap and let them know you won't use him if they use United Medical you won't use him as your doctor.
