a United Martial Arts specializes in the teaching of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, an ancient Chinese martial art and personal development system. Its roots date back thousands of years and its techniques have been proven in actual battle. Although physical combat skills not be necessary today, Kung Fu has proven itself to be a modern day advantage in achieving success and becoming a leader in all areas of your life. United Martial Arts believes in a Positive Mind, Healthy Body concept to achieve the highest level of success in your Kung Fu training. This means that in addition to learning the martial arts and self-defense aspects of Kung Fu, you will also improve your confidence, self-respect, focus, awareness, flexibility, strength, coordination and fitness. We focus our basic martial arts curriculum on children and families, while providing a highly comprehensive training program for the serious martial artist.
