Terrible. Quoted 30 minutes or less to get to our location for towing service. After an hour of sitting in 23* weather with our 2 year old we call back. We told them that noone had come out yet. There reply was "Ok, we got another call in Wauseon." Yeah I don't care if you got another call we are sitting in the cold less than 10 miles from you in Stryker for an hour in 23* weather with a 2 year old! To top it off the guy sounded half drunk!!!!!!!! Told us to leave the keys in the car and they will call us when they hook up to it. Woke up at home after leaving keys in it like they said to State Highway Patrol knocking on door, who was telling us that they towed it and where we could find it. Absolute terrible customer service and does not follow their quoted amount of time or even come do the job!!
