I had a bad infestation of bed bugs. I had called tristate exterminators and they were great they told me exactly what i needed to do as far as preparing my stuff before the treatment. They totally got rid of my problem thankyou tristate couldn't be happier

These people have created a nightmare in our apartment. They came to treat one apartment for bed bugs in the middle floor of our building and flushed the bugs into the rest of the apartments. They also misdiagnosed a bug problem in our apartment as bed bugs, and the bugs are actually mites from construction our landlord did in our hallway. We now have a massive mite infestation in our apartment and inside the black bags we put our stuff into and have been living around for the last month as they were treating bed bugs. This even includes out toddlers toys. The strips they put in the bags to kill the bed bugs don't kill mites, so the mites have just multiplied within the bags. We have to take our stuff out and hope these guys will do it right the second time around or maybe fork out our own money to hire a new, different exterminator from our landlord. Nice guys, but my advice is to call someone else.
