Tri-County Community Action Program, also known as TCC, is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services to create opportunities for self-sufficiency. Founded in 1965, it serves the residents of Crow Wing, Morrison and Todd counties in Minnesota. The organization administers programs in the areas of family services, economic development, welfare reform and housing. Tri-County Community Action Program offers the Head Start program that includes health, education, parent involvement and social services for low-income families with preschool-aged children. It provides various community service programs that emphasize the development of skills and self-esteem and advance individuals and families self-sufficiency. Tri-County Community Action Program maintains a location in Little Falls, Minn.
