Laird Lotko came out to deal with our pipeline. He explained everything he would do beforehand, and was very professional. He showed me on the camera where the problem was and discussed different options for digging to correcting the problem in the future. Today he cleaned out the pipe AND left a one year warranty for a free clean out if this problem occurs within a year! The cost? $99 !! If you have pipe problems, call The Trenchless Co!

Laird Lotko, the Service Technician who came out to my house was very courteous and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my line, show me the problem areas and explain the issue and solution. James and the Trenchless team did a great job at addressing our sewer issue on 2/11. James came on time. Inspected the line and first made sure there wasn't a simple fix. The camera was a great tool to show what was happening before he started on the hydrojet. The hydrojet did the work as promised. I believe they will stand by their warranty without hesitation.

I was really impressed with both the Company (office staff on the phone) and the Service Specialist that came to the house. The Specialist was exceptional, he completed a VERY thorough evaluation of the problem and offered alternatives for the repair. The Service Specialist also gave me a detailed estimate for each of the repair alternatives. Finally, he offered to meet any competitive estimate. What more could you ask for? Mr. James McDevitt , of the trenchless co. arrived 'timely' to solve the problem of a clogged drain. I appreciated the efficient and thorough way that he inspected the 'suspected' problem area (laundry tub). He checked the main sewer drain and then the kitchen 'cleanout'. Mr. Devitt check the kitchen 'cleanout' which spewed out a fountain on water. There were three possible problem areas and the kitchen 'cleanout' was indeed the main problem. The cleanout was routed and unclogged - a quick review via a TV camera showed that the kitchen area drain did have some food material that was the culprit. The whole process took 35 minutes. I have called Trenchless in the past and have been very satisfied and is the basis for calling them today. Not only is James McDevitt a competent technitian but he also is a good representative for Trenchless by maintaining the 'standards' that previous technitians have followed.
