They are right, when you need more than just someone with a chainsaw, this is your outfit. This tree service is not your average bunch of crude lumberjacks. Highly knowledgeable, fairly priced. My husband and I trust them with pruning and spraying our plants as well as some of the bigger tree work we need. We are very pleased.
The Tree Doctor came to my home on two occasions this summer and both times they did an awesome job. The diagnosed the problem , scheduled the work , completed the jobe and fixed the problem. The employees of Tree Doctor are knowledgable, hard working and when they show up they are there to work. I will call them in the future and refer them to my firedns. The owner Mike is very knowledgable and he will spend time to explain the work needed and their prices are very fair. They spend time when they come to work and they clean up after themsleves. They leave it better than they found it

Another tree and landscape company recommended the TreeDoctors because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our plants. We called, the arborist came right out. It was very inexpensive. He had a certificate from Longwood and that's all we needed to hear. We are very happy with the service and recommend them. We love our plants and they do too.

If you want a recommendation for Mike and his crew, all you have to do is see our River Birch. It came to our home five years ago as a young tree and this year it is an excellent shade tree. The Tree Doctors provide preventative care and when needed, surgical repair! They are excellent to deal with. We have had them work with us in two different houses and in both cases they made a ho hum yard into a work of art. And an added benefit is Mike's great ideas on plants, trees and shrubs that fit your yard and your personality. Call them by all means! The Johnsons

After having 4 other people out, I was afraid of the ability of these guys, just based on how they looked and what they talked like. Not one had their insurance available. I also found out that tree companies and landscape companies are supposed to be licensed as home improvement contractors in Pennsylvania. Not ONE had a license. The company we dealt with was TREE DOCTORS because I didn't have to ask for anything. They provided it before I asked. Good crew. Great job. I'm very happy.

Other services we called offered tree work and asphalt paving or powerwashing or lawn mowing or roofing.That's not who we want caring for our trees. So we went with the Tree Doctor service and they come about 6 times a year and spray and prune. It all looks healthy and neat. They are a good company. We've referred them to friends who are happy with the services. We live in West Chester and there are lot of fly by night guys here with no insurance. You get what you pay for.

They showed us their licenses, references and insurance without us even having to ask. Totally professional. Excellent work. Great value and I never had to worry about a thing. Actually, we recognized the quality as soon as the Arborist showed up. We recommend them.

Our Ash tree was in terrible shape. They came out and diagnosed the problem and prescribed treatment. Pruning and injections. The tree LOOKS GREAT! My wife and I are very pleased. We got an education and are happy to say they do lots of other tree and shrub related work for us. We have referred them to others and have never been disappointed. They are a high-line company and we get tree-mendous value! LOL Thanks guys! Chas and Mary B.

We highly recommend them. They cleaned up perfectly. They were all knowledgeable, all professionally equipped. All wore all their safety gear. We were comforted when we saw them get out of the trucks and put cones out to make the area safe first thing. They discussed what they were going to do and perfectly explained our options. The used all kinds of high-tech devices and we were impressed with how fast, and how well they worked together. Often smiling as they went! It was great to watch. We recommend them. Cleaned it all up! And we got professional advice on our perennials, shrubs and garden. How many other outfits can do that! We signed up with regular maintenance and we're happy with that. J.Housman

We needed more than just your average Jo with a chainsaw. Our trees did not look good after all the spring rain. And then the leaves started turning brown and falling off. One tree started turning orange instead of staying a nice dark green. We had them come out and diagnose the problem. The Arborist explained in simple terms what the problem was and even educated me on how the disease is transmitted and what we can do with and without his help. They were professional, well equiped and provided a meticulous cleanup, as promised. We felt no pressure and they even did a little extra for us at no charge. Tree Doctors answered the phone. That's more than any other company I called. They were out here within a couple of days. They were extremely knowledgeable. They are Certified Arborists with a Good Merit Certificate from Longwood Gardens. I've kept their lawn sign up for months because I am so happy to promote them. You get what you pay for. And we're on a fixed income. We trust them because of the education, credentials and integrity. Mike never ever steered us wrong. We are very happy with their services on our shrubs and trees too. We had work done because they had a connection to Longwood Gardens. No one else we called was anywhere close to being as knowledgeable as them. We needed more than the typical guy who mows grass and cuts down trees. There are lots of tree services in West Chester, but they came highly recommended. We highly recommend them too.

My son was in a Horticulture class that one of the Arborists taught. I'm certain that most tree services do not have half the knowledge as this outfit. I ran into the Tree Doctors at a display that was set up at Longwood Gardens. The Arborist there was very helpful and knowlegeable. We found their opinions valuable and they don't try to pressure us into decisions. We rate them very high and have no problem referring them to anyone.

Tree Doctors did a veeeeery nice job with my trees and shrubs. The poor things were half dead, but they are fully back to life now and I am so happy!!! My yard looks great! Thx Tree Doctors!

I recommend them because they are Arborists. I was afraid that they were going to tell me exactly what another guy did. He wanted to remove our hemlocks because they were full of bugs. But the "Doctor" set up some treatments for us and saved the trees. We like getting on a regular care schedule. Try them. They do good work.

Tree Doctors is very unique in that they diagnose problems and they aren't in business just to remove trees. We were happy just that they answered the phone! Almost no one else does! We're happy we met them and use them for all our landscape needs.
