I was impressed with how quickly I got a rent-a-car when I had an accident in Feb. I had the vehicle for 6 days. BUT - I was returning the vehicle and as I was loading my things in my car, the gentleman started lifting my things from the vehicle and placing them in my car, like he was hurrying me, he said they were busy and needed this vehicle.I did not get to double check the vehicle and yes I did have a cup holder filled with change left in the car I had rented. I noticed and called immediately.I was told the car is gone and they will leave the message with the other renters. I waited 3 days,called back still no response.I waited 2 more days and spoke with someone who said she will look into this and call me back.It is now 3 weeks and I still don't know what is going on with my holder that belongs in my truck (trailblazer) and not your PT cruiser that I rented. I don't care about the change inside it, I want my black holder (it is actually a removeable ashtray).I am very upset.
