Tom Jacob Auto Sales is a very well respected business in our community. Tom Jacob (owner) and his son Tommy do everything they can for their customers and always go the extra mile to help anyone. Although I believe that the woman who left a negative comment probably did have a bad experience in her opinion, I can assure you that it must have been one of those once-in-a-blue-moon-everybody-has-a-bad-day type of days... because it doesn't sound like their normal customer service! Pull a gun? Come on... that is really going too far. Unreal! If you are looking to buy a car or need a tow, you can surely count on Tom Jacob Auto Sales. I had a horrible experience with this man. While visiting Niagara Falls, NY my girlfriend and I got lost. We pulled into Tom Jacobs Auto Sales to get directions. It seemed safe. When I entered the building Mr. Jacobs said to me "J C, why did you pull into my lot!". This immediately caught me off guard. He then said "now where the f do you need to go". I meekly replied "I90". He barked the directions at me and told me to get off his lot. Being from a small town, and never experiencing this ever, I thought he may pull a gun on me. I was terrified. I quickly jumped in my car and drove off carefully. I am a white female and well dressed, and am very nice. This happened on 3/18/13. Watch out for this man. Very bad temper.
