STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! These freaking animals were contracted by Sear's to install a microwave and dishwasher. Took me 3 weeks to get them out to my house. The manager left me a voicemail on my phone talking crap about me!!! Why do o have to pay my hard earned money and let them talk sh*t to me too... MADNESS. When they arrived they did not complete the installation. They claimed I needed to pay them extra money to install the microwave, and they claimed the dishwasher was broken. This company is by far the most lazy and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Even the managers from Sear's complained to me about this company and they also informed me they were trying to get away from using this company. Bad Bad Bad business Stay Away!!

this is the worst ever company i have experienced in texas. i bought a microwave from sears and sears contracted out to these people for installation. they called me to schedule an appointment on a particular day 1-5pm. on the day of appointment, they call me two hours before schedule at 11Am ish, and tells me i have to be at my home in 5 minutes.. so i told them i made arrangements to take time off for that 4 hours so i can be there, but right i am at work and i cannot make it. they then tell me that they will have to reschedule because technician is near my home and he cannot wait. so i said, he will not be waiting if he showed up on right time. turns out the previous appointment was not kept so technician had 2 hours to burn and they decided that that's my problem and that tech cannot idle and wait.. i called sears to complain, and sears call them to straight it out. they simply refuse to show up in time, and the reason was not that they were busy, but because they had too much time..(go figure).. 1.5 weeks goes by, and no call for schedule.. i got fed up and cancelled my order, but the installer did not return the unit, so sears would not give me my money back. i ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. the person on the phone, a girl, was extremely rude, and had no common sense or any level of customer service attitude. definately the worst i've experienced. i would avoid this place like the plague.

Tolly's A/C & Refrigeration is a SCAM! My warranty company uses this company for repairs. If I had my choice, I would never use this company. This company is quick to complete the initial service call, taking your $60 service fee and cashing the check immediately. However, I have waited 13 weeks for the actual repair, and all I get is a run-around from Tolly's. After numerous phone calls, including them hanging up on me and denying me service, my warranty company is now switching providers. Why is this company still in business??

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not only did their techs skip our service call (that we arranged our work schedules to be home for) but they also were extremely rude on the phone, calling my husband a jackass when he called to try and reschedule the appt.! I honestly believe they were day-drunk. I literally cannot believe this company is still in business. The only way I would ever utilize their services were if I had to choose between them and a gang of murderers to come into my house and repair my dishwasher. And even then...I may choose the gang of murders over them.

they couldn't find problem. I took a look myself later, found the issue within 1 minute. I wouldn't use them even as a last resort. I asked them to come and fix their mistake since i KNEW the issue and it would take them 5 mins to fix, they said that i still owed them for the last visit for which i refused to pay since they were sent by the manufactuer and didn't fix a thing and hardly even tried to identify issue.
