MY target market is the home or small office client that is mostly under serviced by the industry in general. And the BIG BOX stores in particular. The majority of problems computer users will encounter are either software or data loss. NOT hardware problems. I Don't sell hardware and SO have NO interest in redirecting your problem resolutions to BIG money purchases. It is MY goal to give YOU a quick diagnosis. And in many cases I CAN DO this for free via phone or remote diagnosis. If the problem is an obvious hardware issue YOU are free to pursue a purchase AT the vendor of your choice. Of course I MAY BE able to assist with recommendations and installation if requested.
