I needed to be towed OK. But the treatment of me was terrible. I can see why they get almost all one star reviews wherever you look.

Predatory tow company. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

Recently I have unfortunately discovered a blip in the Oregon State laws regarding predator car towing. I would not be surprised if you folks have already been tipped off regarding this issue many times previously. Unlike Washington and California, Oregon does not have clear-cut state laws that prevent predator car towing. In some areas of the state such as City of Portland, though, steps have been taken to stymie these practices. However, in Washington County--including unincorporated Portland/Beaverton areas such as Cedar Mills--predator car towing has remained widely unregulated. It has been well documented that the company "Titan Towing"--lead by the infamous predator towing veteran Patrick Sanford--is perhaps the biggest, most cutthroat player in the predator towing game.
