Established originally as a payroll service in 1993, we have decades of Human Resource knowledge and experience. Headed by Frank Larity, bringing over twenty years of experience in a variety of HR matters: staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits. With HR and operation management experience in manufacturing, distribution, telecom, retail, sales and service environments. Ten years executive position with an international company providing heavy emphasis in employee relations, safety, EEOC, AA, FMLA, union free strategies. and all aspects of recruiting including: specifying needs, source, selecting, interviewing and preparing offer packages. Frank, a team player and a team developer can help you build on you human assets, coach managers on handling employee relations, performance and discipline issues. Frank is also an experienced HRIS project leader with ten years payroll and employer tax experience.
