We have bees. I called these people and not only could I not hear them on the phone nor understand them - but they started telling me what I needed to do to get rid of them. I am looking for a professional. I do not want to do this myself. They totally blew me off. I do not recommend calling these people. I will try to find another professional who can help.

Doug is very knowledgeable about his business. He is respectful of the homeowners property. I have use his services for cluster fly prevention for years and have always been very satisfied. Doug sets up appointment times that are convenient for the homeowner, is reliable and efficient!

I called on a Thursday and he/she was here on a Friday. Although I was away, they took care of my yellow jacket problem. This was the third time (different nests, different years) I have used the Bug Killer and have been VERY HAPPY each time. I've never had a subsequent problem with the same nest and never had to call them back. Highly recommend. Always professional and always concerned with my family's safety.

I have used the Bug Killer for years, both when I lived in Binghamton and now for 10 years in the country. They have greatly decreased the wasps that infested my new house when I moved in, and protected us from carpenter ants as well. There was a huge 5ft wide anthill in the backyard that is gone now, thanks to them. They have also helped us with emergency calls, when hornets built a nest under our deck and also a different year in a hollow log. I can't give them a better recommendation and would never use anyone else for my bug control needs. Yes, they do cost money to use, but they guarantee the problem is gone and they mean that, retreating as needed at no cost.

To my horror I found out I had bed bugs. I called the Bug Killers who came out and sprayed, the owner said to give it 4 months to work and then if it did not work call them and they would come back. After the first spray that night my family and I were still getting bitten. I called around to other places and they all said it was crazy to wait four months because by then they multiply by the hundreds. I called the owner back and got him to come back for a second spray. Still the same night I found more bugs crawling around as if nothing had been done. Called back, he said he would come back but would have to charge us again. Sprayed for the third time, still more bites, sprayed for the fourth time still more bites! Called again for the fifth spray which he charged us again and low and behold still have bugs! I can't believe after five treatments, ripping up the carpet, throwing away beds and furniture that we still have bugs. I would never recommend these guys to anyone!!
