My name is Melissa Landon, and I am a DONA trained birth doula serving Sacramento, California and surrounding areas. Utilizing comfort measures such as massage, acupressure, position changes, visualization, and environmental control I work to help laboring mom's and their families have a healthy, and joyful birth experience. I also provide families with prenatal birth counseling and breastfeeding support.
