Our rates have gone up every year after them telling us they would not go up. I'm trying to talk to someone in Baton Rouge, but keep getting the main number recording. After holding for a LONG time, they say someone will call in 24 hours. After making several calls, we still have not heard from anyone and there's no way to get to the local branch. We've starting shopping with other companies. We've been with Terminix about 20 years but apparently, they don't really care about their customers.

Appointment, Husband is a disabled Veteran I have NO TIME TO SET AND WAIT, and no one shows up. Called the main number and was told the local office didn't follow through. Going to someone else won"t be bothered with this mess.

HORRIBLE!!!

I made an appointment on Sunday for Monday service time frame from 10am to noon. Nobody showed up and I called and they said my time was 11am to 2pm. I again waited nobody showed up I called again and then they said I wasn't on the schedule...WHAT??? I was on the schedule a few hours ago and now I'm not. I was so upset, I took a day off work to be home for this appointment and now nobody is showing up to fix the problem. I won't recommend this company very unprofessional. Plus they still had the nerve to say "tomorrow we can send someone" please so they don't show up again...and I lose another day of work. I don't think so.

Again don't USE TERMINIX they don't care about the customer.
