I go here occasionally, and the service here is really good. Great selections of meat, and a newly renovated deli modernize the place.

THE place to get meat, especially for holidays. Large selection of Dearborn Ham's, turkeys, and other holiday musts. More spice and speciality items than expected. Produce less than great. I purchase only 1-2 days before use, less than usual shelf life. Good selection of routine beers and wines.

Meat department is great. It's nice to be able to shop at a family owned store BUT I skip them and go to Kroger most of the time because their produce department is a joke. I've found moldy strawberries. Everything is old. Celery, green onions, broccoli, etc are soft and gross. They put peppers out that have rippled skin and are mushy. I saw a kiwi there that was so shriveled up that it was about half the size as most of the others. Do they buy the old stuff from the big name stores once their too kid for the big name stores to sell? Serious question!

Expensive, old produce, and horrible selection

If you want a good deal, are looking for something in specific, it want any kind of produce that will last any period of time on your home shelf, forget about this place! I drive an extra 7-8 miles to do my grocery shopping even though I can almost walk to this place.

Great Grocery store

I have been shopping here for 15 years...and they have the best meat and meat sales in town...I love the family feel of this great store. Also, the ham, onion and cheese ball is always a hit at every party...people beg me to bring it.
