Tennessee trash service is the best company around. I love family run, local businesses that provide outstanding customer service. Any time I have forgot to put my trash out, they went up to my house to get it. They have the friendliest employees!!!

Great customer service!!! They have the friendliest drivers and they even walk up and got my trash when I forgot to put it out!!

Poor customer service. They missed pickup days frequently, when I called to discuss this they argued with me. I told them that I felt like they owed me an extension on the bill due date because they missed regular pickups so I wasn't going to pay until I got a few extra weeks. They retaliated by coming to collect their trash can and DUMPING THE TRASH ALL OVER MY YARD!! Very unprofessional, would not recommend. To beat it all when I called them to complain about this they said that they had no record of me calling about the lack of service to begin with!!
