I waited to the last minute to file my tax return so October tax extension time is not a good time to lose printer drivers and scanning drivers yet I did. When I tried to reinstall the drivers, I kept getting error messages about registry errors. Definitely out of my league. Even though it was a weekend, I called Tech Support. Using remote support, they promptly fixed the problem. In addition, they recommended that I add more memory so that I could print faster. I dropped my computer off Monday morning and picked it at lunchtime. Adding more memory was painless and inexpensive. Since doing taxes is never a fun chore, I was glad to get it done more quickly.

I was working on a tight publishing deadline when my computer came a very slow crawl. I could not have multiple Creative Suite programs open at the same time. Apparently, a client had unknowingly sent a corrupted, infected file. My normal cleaning programs did not correct the issue. Fortunately, Tech Support performed an intensive PC cleaning in a very prompt fashion. I was up and running and met my deadline with time to spare. As as freelance graphic artist, I appreciated Tech Support's reasonable rates. Thanks guys.
