Drilled a hole in the siding of my house without consulting me. Did not caulk around the hole, did not put a screen on the pipe which is in the hole for drain purposes, approx 1 inch in circumference, big enough for mice, snakes, bugs, etc. to come right on in. He promised (owner) to come back and repair it. That was two weeks ago. We have not heard from him since.
