Sunrise Detox operates as a free-standing detoxification and substance abuse treatment facility, with locations in Palm Beach, FL and the NY metro area. We believe in providing superior medical detox in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Our facilities offer both private and semi-private rooms; inviting lounge areas with wide-screen HDTV; digital cable; an enclosed courtyard where clients can smoke ; We are a licensed buprenorphine medical detox center and most clients going through detox for heroin or opiate pain medication (e.g. Oxycontin, Percocet and Vicodin) will be given buprenorphine. We do, however, create individual protocols based upon our patients needs. To better serve our clients, our services are covered by a number of health insurance plans. Any questions about insurance coverage or financial arrangements can be answered by contacting us. We also gladly assist in making flight and ground transportation arrangements for our out-of-town clients. Our clients know they're not alone once they've completed treatment. Our discharge planners will help clients decide what they should do next, and with a network of the finest treatment centers, we will be happy to make continuing care arrangements. Individuals are not required to wear uncomfortable hospital gowns and during the detoxification process have easy access to in-house laundry facilities. Good nutrition is also an essential part of the detoxification process. Alcoholism and drug addiction can often leave individuals with varying degrees of malnutrition, so we provide a full-service on-site gourmet kitchen that serves a diverse menu of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
